• Are large-quantity discounts given?
Yes,
large quantity discounts are available. If you plan to purchase
large quantities do not follow the purchasing links. Call your
order in for a quote.

Are more detailed images available?
A
sales representative can provide a larger image than what is provided
on the website if you go to the "Contact Us" page. Click on
the
"Form" link and submit your image request list. Please keep
in
mind that products and styles may vary and are subject to change
without notice.

Why don't the Game Instructions appear when I click on the links?
Make
sure you have your "Pop-up Blocker" turned off or create an exception
for this website. Throwback Games Co.
does not support pop-ups on this website other than Game Instructions
or the Shopping
List. If a pop-up window has appeared beyond what is stated
in this
answer, use the Contact Form on the Contact
webpage.
In the pull-down menu, choose "Other" and describe the pop-up
window in the "Message" box.

Can I create my own games?
Products
as the large tailgating game and tabletop game can be
customized for your business or event.
Click
on the "Contact Us" tab and click on the "via email" link. There
is an option in the pull down box labeled "Request Custom Game Info."
Complete all of the form information and click Submit, or you may
feel free to give us a call. A sales representative will help you
with the process of
submitting your art or text for your custom order. We accept JPG, TIF,
Adobe Illustrator CS2 AI, EPS, PDF, and Adobe Photoshop CS PSD formats.

How long do most orders take to process?
Processing
time depends on the type of product and if that product is in
stock, however most orders are
shipped within 15 business days. If an order has been
placed
with custom art, most orders are shipped within 15 business days
of art approval (JPG proof). Larger orders may take extra time to complete.
• What are your normal business hours?
Throwback Games Co. distributes
through CS
Industries which is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
CDT.
The office is closed on the following holidays: New Year's
Day,
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Christmas Day.
Depending on
when a holiday may land in the calendar year, CS Industries may be
closed longer than one business day. Please call
ahead if
you have any concerns about available business hours near a particular
holiday.
