How do I create a Purchase Order?
Make
sure you have your "Pop-up Blocker" turned off. Click
"Shopping
List"; a new window should appear. Not all information is
needed
to create a Purchase Order, although the more information that is
given, the quicker we may be able to process your order. (ie. copy and paste item numbers
into the Shopping List for fast ordering.
Don't forget quantities.) Only
a
name and email are required. A sales representative will
contact
you within 24 business hours upon submitting the form.
• Why aren't prices listed next to the products?
Prices
are dependent on several factors, some of which include quantity,
consumer, wholesale or distributing needs. Please create a
purchase order or call for
quotes.
• Are more detailed images available?
A
sales representative can provide a larger image than what is provided
on the website if you go to the "Contact Us" page. Click on
the
"Form" link and submit your image request list. Please keep
in
mind that products and styles may vary and are subject to change
without notice.
• Can I create my own camera?
Products
as cameras, film and displays can be
customized for your business, wedding, party or event.
Click here
to fill out a form and
specify
you would like to "Create a Custom Product" in the drop-down box.
A sales representative will help you with the process of
submitting your art or text for your custom order. We accept JPG, TIF,
Adobe Illustrator CS2 AI, EPS, PDF, and Adobe Photoshop CS PSD formats.

How long do most orders take to process?
Processing
time depends on the type of product and if that item is in
stock, however most orders are
shipped within 10 business days. If an order has been
placed
with custom art, most orders are shipped within 10 business days
of art approval (JPG proof).
• What are your normal business hours?
CS
Industries is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm CDT.
The office is closed on the following holidays: New Year's
Day,
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Christmas Day.
Depending on
when a holiday may land in the calendar year, CS Industries may be
closed longer than one business day. Please call
ahead if
you have any concerns about available business hours near a particular
holiday.
